We have one of our most loved guests from Season 1 back on the show and I can’t wait for you to hear our conversation today. If you aren’t familiar with cycle syncing as well as the phases of your period and haven’t already listened to Berri’s first episode, go check that out HERE and we’ll meet you back here when you’re done! In today’s episode we chat about how burnout can effect your period, what it means to “bleed and be”, she gives me some tips for fighting my monthly headaches, and why you may feel hungrier different times of the month.
Then we go into a Q&A session with amazing questions from you guys, such as: what tasks do I do during the different stages of my cycle, how do I cycle sync if my period is not regular, what should I expect when stopping birth control, how do I stop pregnancy if I’m not on the pill, and can I cycle sync if I’m on hormonal birth control? This episode is jam packed with beautiful body literacy information and I know you’re going to leave so empowered!
