Ali Bonar is CEO and founder of Oat Haus, a CPG company on a mission to make food fun. Their flagship product, Granola Butter, is the world's first oat-based spread. Ali created Oat Haus after a decade-long battle with an eating disorder, and is passionate about helping others love themselves inside and out. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her partner Eric and their dog, Squishy.

In this episode, we’ll chat about how Ali came up with Oat Haus including her eating disorder recovery, how she came to know that entrepreneurship was for her, and the decision to quit her full-time job. Besides this, Ali will tell us about how she came up with the brand of her product, her experience on Shark Tank, and how that brought her and her co-founders closer together. Last but not least, we’ll dive into the way in which Ali uses Instagram and her tips for other product brands looking to use social media to connect with people on a personal level.
