  • Getting Started

    AFTER APRIL ENROLLMENT

    After your application has been accepted and the deposit submitted, you'll get instant access to the mastermind community to start connecting with your cohort and completing any onboarding goodies. We'll kick things off with our Welcome Call where we cover all the program resources you can start binging and planning details for the in-person retreat including travel and shoot planning! This gives you plenty of time to prep before we officially start the mastermind.

  • Tampa Retreat

    AUGUST 22 - 24

    Pack your bags and get ready for the Tampa sunshine! This retreat was intentionally created to give you the action plan and momentum needed to see a transformation during the next 6-months.

    Here's an overview of the retreat agenda:

    • Day 1: Arrive, welcome goodies, and Welcome Dinner with expert guest

    • Day 2: Hot girl walk field trip on the Tampa Riverwalk, coaching dinner to create your Authority Plan for the 6-mos mastermind

    • Day 3: Content day with a photo and video mini-session, Celebration Dinner

  • 6-month Mastermind

    SEPTEMBER 2023 - FEBRUARY 2024

    We'll take the Authority Plan you created during the retreat and start implementing your mastermind project. This project could be landing your first paid speaking engagement, pitching dream brands with collab ideas, launching your offer, or implementing your video content strategy. You'll have coaching support, the cohort community, bonus resources, and expert guest coaches to support you every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The mastermind officially starts during the in-person Tampa retreat in late August/early September. The 6-months of coaching and support start after the retreat!

    This will give you 3 months to get to know your cohort peers, make travel plans, strategize for your shoot during the retreat, and start binging bonus resources during the onboarding period.

  • The full investment is $7,000 USD with the option to save your spot with a $1,000 deposit followed by a $600/10 monthly payment plan.

    This includes:

    • 6-mos of monthly hot-seat coaching calls, project feedback, and expert guest coaching sessions with other authorities

    • In-person Tampa retreat including group dinners, content day photo and video shoot, field trips, welcome goodies, and coaching to create your Authority Plan

    • An intimate community hub with high-level mastermind chats and collaborating with your peers

    + Bonus resources: access to our summer workshop series and the Shine Framework curriculum, Authority Library with expert guest sessions, and pre-recorded lessons to help you uplevel your skills
